Space Agreements

These are our space agreements that will guide our time together.

Honor Your Capacity: Feel free to turn off your camera or step away when you don’t have the capacity to engage in the conversation.

Honor the Space: This is a space for bold and courageous conversations. We’ll hold the reality of multiple truths and nuance. Our conversation will be guided by empathy, kindness, grace, confidentiality, and respect.

Take Space, Make Space: Step forward to provide perspective, but also step back to create space for quieter voices.

When Conflict Arises: Provide feedback when harm occurs while presuming good intentions. While disagreement is inevitable when bringing people together, we don't tolerate gaslighting, bypassing, personal attacks, or other harm.

Embrace the Journey: Know that we can't immediately solve complex issues during the container of the circle.
